Complaints Policy

PK Physio aspires to provide the highest standard of evidence-based physiotherapy and to make your experience with us a positive one. In order to continue improving our service we would encourage you to fill in one of our patient questionnaires about your experience at PK Physio available in the waiting room.

Complaints Procedure

Should you feel that we have not achieved the high standard that you expect, please let us know so that we can address this. If you have a complaint about the treatment, you are encouraged to discuss this with your physiotherapist in the first instance or by telephone to 07853 588465.  However, you may prefer to put this in writing to: ; or PK Physio, Devonshire House, Basingstoke, RG24 8PE.

Any complaint will receive a letter of acknowledgement within 2 days and a written response from the therapist or director within 7 days with an explanation and proposed actions.

If your complaint regards the conduct of a physiotherapist, their fitness to practice or if you are not satisfied with the result of an investigation, the matter should be referred to the Health and Care Professions Council, Park House, 184-186 Kennington Park Road,London, SE11 4BU.
